Falon’s Digital Garden
Welcome to my little corner of the internet that I call my Digital Garden. It is a space for writing notes, sharing links, and the research that forms the foundation of my practice. It is an ecosystem of thought and a digital space where I can jot down some notes and have them unfinished alongside robust structured essays and projects that link ideas together and reference other peoples’ work. I am building out this space and I am thrilled to have you here. Among Artist-Landscape Architects
I want to place my practice in the context of other artist-designers. I use a hyphenated term, like artist-landscape architect, to show that I am operating a hybrid practice that encompasses multiple disciplines. Terms like interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary apply to my practice, but I find them obscure and too academic to describe my daily work and the parallel practices I pursue as an artist who makes paintings and sculptures AND as a licensed landscape architect who designs outdoor spaces.
